Very good crab salad

OK American style restaurant serving comfort food. Very big portions, which I recommend you split for two people.

Came here for lunch there was a fly in my drink they were very attentive got me something new right away... ordered steak and requested it medium it came out well done just little tweaks to the service would have made this a 4 or 5 star review

Price fixe menu is a pretty good deal for a Hampton restaurant. Wedge salad was super good as well as chicken parmesan. Zak was our server, who was professional and personable.

I called Sunday morning because we had a Bobby Van's gift card we wanted to use . the girl on the phone told me they accepted it and I made a reservation. when we got there today we sat at the bar for a drink . When we asked for the tab to be included with our dinner bill they told us that the gift card could not be used at the bar .when we then went to sit for dinner they said that they don't accept the gift card in that location but it was good at all other locations . When I asked why it says in the card the bridgehampton location was well the manager stated the owner doesn't want them. Either way they were not that friendly, very overpriced for what they are attempting to offer . I would not recommend this Bobby Van's location to anyone as your money is better spent elsewhere

Horrible food. Nothing to do with the real Bobby Van's. We have been trying a fee times and is always the same issues: food preparation, food quality etc... service is good. Ambiance ok if you are 75 and over.

Found Bobby Van's to be a great spot for lunch good variety on the menu from soups and salads to specialty sandwiches. Place tends to get crowded in the evening with a lively bar area. Steaks are ok but not world class. Service is attentive. Expect to pay Manhattan Prices for everything.

Food good- Service not so much... Don't order the Prix Fix menu, the waiter won't bother with you. Pretty sure I received an eye roll when I asked for more a second drink. Maybe it's a different experience when you order a $500 bottle of wine? No thanks.

Not as remembered. First time back in years. My wife and I used to come here almost exclusively for the Gorgonzola steak. It was a favorite. This time, it was a little tough, and fatty. Just eh... I ordered the Scottish salmon special.. As soon as it was placed in front of me, I could smell it was bad. I tasted it anyway, and sure enough, it was awful. The opposite of fresh. The waiter didn't seem surprised when I told him it wasn't good, and took away the plate so fast the tablecloth fluttered... Then I ordered the short ribs over crispy fries and mozzarella with aus jus sauce... Another "special". I've only had short ribs elsewhere that were extremely tender. These were tough, and seemed more like a brisket to me. The fries aren't exactly crispy sitting in the sauce, and it was by far the saltiest dish I've ever tasted. I couldn't get the salt taste out of my mouth the entire ride home. We were excited to get back here, but sometimes memories are better.

I personally like this place, good vibes.

We had an outstanding overall experience at Bobby Van's (Bridgehampton) last night. The waiter was personable and extremely attentive; the food was delicious, abundant, prepared to perfection and our steaks were as succulent as butter; finally, the dessert was beyond compare. All of this pleasure wrapped in a casual, comfortable environment that felt welcoming and appreciative of our patronage. The entire experience is near to impossible to beat, most especially in the very self-conscious Hampton's. Thank you to everyone at Bobby Van's!

Are you looking for a thoroughly enjoyable and delicious evening from start to finish? Yes, then head on over to Bobby Vans of Bridgehampton. For starters, there is a charming decor.The menu is impressive from the raw bar, clams, oysters, cheeses, soups, and this is just the beginning. They have nightly specials as well as a healthy choice of salads, beef, lamb, chicken, veal, shellfish, and even whole fish. Tonight we were a party of four and selected the Lobster Bisque, Clams Casino, Caesar Salad and Oysters on the Half Shell. Each was fresh and flavorful. For dinner, we opted for a 2.5 lb Lobster, 21 oz Bone-in Rib-eye, Halibut topped with Lobster and the Veal Chop. Our sides included mashed potatoes, roasted baby carrots, and a melange of roasted root vegetables. Truly a meal fit for royalty. For dessert, we enjoyed the flourless chocolate cake plus several glasses of Grappa, Irish Coffee, Green Tea, and a Godiva Kiss. We were the last to leave and most likely to return.

What is the best price fixe menus in the Hamptons $32 for a 2 course meal be sure to have the ribeye steak it's incredible

We came to this spot for dinner. we heard about this place from many people. Well, it was a winning. the crew were so friendly and we felt fantastic. The meal was yummy. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

This place knows how to please their clients. Regularly with a kind attitude. The food is reasonably priced, regularly fresh and clean.

Not very good at all. And certainly not worth the money. I had lunch with a friend the other day. Though the waitress was friendly, the french fries that came with my friend's burger were obviously the frozen type. The mashed potatoes on the side of my filet mignon tips were barely warm. Also, visually, the place is a total dump. The skylight's frame which was directly overhead was visibly rusted. The decor is old, tired and worn out. Looks like it's straight out of '89. I'd bet they're closing or moving soon or something. The company obviously has no interest in this location.

Very disappointed. Wanted to order out for the first time after this long quarantine and make it a father's day/ son't birthday. Called a week before and she told me there was no problem using a gift card but when we are all ready to leave, I called to place my order and was told that we could not use the gift card. So why is your address in the envelop of the gift card when they don't take gift cards.

One of the best restaurants you'll ever eat at definitely a little expensive but worth the money and go there for the steak you don't go there for the seafood

Unfortunately, I’m not very happy rating anything this low, but the experience that I had eating there left me very very disappointed especially since we were after all in the Hamptons. We were sad outside on the patio, which is a cute little place, because the inside was a little more sporty like and lively well we were looking for quieter place. We ordered appetizers, and the French onion soup tasted amazing but after a few bites underneath the cheese underneath the bread was a horribly large nasty fly. I understand that this could happen to anyone, but I was just so disgusted that I could not eat anything else. The owner ended up comping all of our appetizers, we were six at the table, and others ended up ordering meals as well and they were happy with them. So if it weren’t for this, hoping isolated incident, I would’ve given it a couple more stars.

I adore this spot! They provide fantastic food, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that place is a real pro, I like a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is agreeable. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was discontended. Highly recommended.
